By visiting our site and /or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to bound by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Shipping Policy
Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. It depends on the shipping destination.
Australia
We aim to ship artworks out within 5 days of purchase. Please be aware that delivery times may take longer than normal for reasons out of our control.
International
ALL ORIGINAL ARTWORKS WILL BE SHIPPED UNFRAMED AND ROLLED IN A TUBE, EXCEPT FOR CARDBOARD CANVAS.
Please keep in mind: Any taxes, duties or other charges incurred by customs at the destination country are your responsibility. In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, it is recommended to contact your local customs office.
Please be aware that delivery times may take longer than normal for reasons out of our control, such as delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or other events.
Incorrect address
Please make sure all details are correct. We are not responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of your order due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information
Refund and Returns Policy
We aim to accurately represent the artwork’s colours on the website, but please note that the colours displayed on your computer or device may slightly vary from those of the actual artwork due to your device settings and configuration. To double check, you may like to view your selected artwork on different monitors.
Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered.
Artworks may fade slightly with age; returns are not accepted for this reason. Keep art out of direct sunlight, dust gently with a soft cloth, and avoid stacking.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Returns are not available for artworks damaged during transit. These will be covered by shipping insurance. All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside

Please send proof of the receiving date together with photos via email to info@nicomura.art within 24 hours of receiving your artwork so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Note: Complaints, claims, concerns or questions regarding merchandise products purchased from third party (i.e. Redbubble) should be directed to the third party. Please review carefully the third party’s policies and practices before you engage in any transaction.
Any liability falling outside of the rules above, are limited and cannot exceed the declared value of the artwork.
