There are places where time holds its breath—where a single image can stay with you forever. An art gallery is one such refuge, a pause in the middle of the noise. You don’t need to ‘understand’ art to feel it, you only need an open heart. When you step into a gallery, you aren’t just looking at paint; you are stepping into an artist’s story, their feelings and their memories. A painting can speak without words, a colour can remind you of someone, a brush stroke can mirror what you’ve been feeling. In observing their world, you begin to see a reflection of your own.
